Shillelagh

The word is finally out –  Jan Pietenpauw has gone daft! He is now trying to sell sticks to good paying customers.

This shillelagh (in South Africa perhaps better know as a knopkierie) sports a green mouth-piece for the green of Ireland and a red copper band for all its red-haired colleens.

The leading photo is that of a proper shillelagh and I am not really trying to sell it. The photos that follow are of, let us call it, an impressionistic interpretation.
